David Li is the founder and Managing Partner of Arenova Capital. He is a seasoned investor with over a decade of private equity experience. Prior to founding Arenova, he was an investment professional with Trive Capital, Twin Point Capital and Oak Hill Capital. Prior to his investment career, he was in the mergers & acquisitions group at Lazard Frères in New York.

Throughout his career, David has specialized in investing across the media, communications and technology-enabled services industries. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Dream Machine FX, and has previously served on the boards of Wilson Electronics, Streamland Media, Terraboost Media, Cadient Talent, Flix Brewhouse and Blue Stream Fiber.

David received a B.S. from New York University's Stern School of Business, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected into Beta Gamma Sigma.

David lives in Dallas, which is also where he grew up, and enjoys watching film and TV, playing golf, and finding great restaurants off the beaten path. He is an avid sports fan and roots for all the Dallas sports teams.

Paul Soley is a Principal at Arenova Capital. He is focused on sourcing, executing and supporting investments across the firm. Prior to joining Arenova, Paul was a Senior Associate at Sole Source Capital and an Associate at Havencrest Capital Management. Paul began his career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in their New York and San Francisco offices.

Paul received a B.A. from the University of Michigan, where he was a 4-year letter winner on the Men’s Varsity Swim Team and a member of the 2013 National Championship Team. Paul grew up in New Jersey and South Carolina. He is a member of Ibex and Calyx Clubs in Dallas and in his free time enjoys volunteering, traveling, golfing, lifting, running, gaming, hunting, and fishing.

John Copple is an Operations Senior Associate at Arenova Capital. He is focused on supporting accounting, financial reporting, and operational initiatives across the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Arenova, John was a Senior Associate at Riveron in their Accounting Advisory practice.

Nathan Goller-Deitsch is an Associate at Arenova Capital, where he builds the technology behind the firm's deal sourcing, analysis, and portfolio value creation. Prior to joining Arenova, he was a software engineering intern at Expeditors International and studied Computer Science at the Clemson University Honors College. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, photography, and rock climbing.

John Perez is an Associate at Arenova Capital. Prior to joining Arenova, John was a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin and received a B.S. in Computer Science from Clemson University.

He is focused on software-oriented projects and data visualization to assist the firm in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and technological advancements within its portfolio companies.

Victoria Wang is an Analyst at Arenova Capital. Prior to joining Arenova, Victoria interned in M&A at Siemens AG and received a B.S. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and golfing.

Prem Jani is an Analyst at Arenova Capital. Prior to joining Arenova, Prem interned in Equity Research at J.P. Morgan and received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. Prem grew up in New Jersey. In his free time, he enjoys lifting, traveling, and playing racquet sports.

Abhiram Vangapandu is an Analyst at Arenova Capital. Prior to joining Arenova, Abhiram interned in M&A at Evercore and Private Equity at Odyssey Investment Partners in New York City. He received a BBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. Abhiram grew up outside of Atlanta, GA and in his free time enjoys playing basketball, poker, and trying new restaurants.
